Payment processing is handled by reputable third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). By making a payment, you agree to the payment terms in effect at the time of the transaction.

Refunds, cancellations, and any related disputes will be governed by our Payment Terms, which may be updated from time to time. In the absence of specific provisions, all sales are final.

Furthermore, Nightingale International shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control ("Force Majeure"), including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or acts of government.

These third-party services are governed by their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these providers.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nightingale International is primarily based, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration institution (e.g., the International Chamber of Commerce) or, at our discretion, in the courts of the chosen jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, users located in regions with mandatory consumer protection laws (such as the EU or California) retain any rights that cannot be waived by statutory law.

These Terms, together with any documents expressly incorporated herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nightingale International regarding your use of the Services, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without notice. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For any material changes, we will provide notice on our website and, if required by applicable law, offer you at least 30 days to review the changes before they become effective. Your continued use of the Services after the changes have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nightingale International, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.
