Led design and supported successful implementation of DFID funded private sector development, investment climate, transport and trade, and democratic governance portfolio (PFM) in Central Asia and Afghanistan (£40M). Contributed to sizeable improvements in business regulatory reforms (Doing Business), investment climate, public service delivery, and public finance transparency.
