Nightingale Insights on BRI and Global Gateway Featured in French Government Study

We are proud to announce that Nightingale Int. researchers Rymgali Abykayev and Eldaniz Gusseinov have been cited by the Observatoire de la sécurité des flux et des matières énergétiques (Energy Flows and Materials Security Observatory).
The Observatory is coordinated by the Institute for International and Strategic Affairs (IRIS) in Paris under the aegis of the Directorate General for International Relations and Strategy (DGRIS) of the French Ministry of Armed Forces.
The citation appears in a newly released strategic study dedicated to the evolving energy security strategies of China, the United States, and Russia.
The report references Rymgali and Eldaniz’s joint analysis, “The Belt and Road Initiative and Global Gateway: Perspectives and Opportunities for Central Asian Countries,” originally published by CABAR.asia.
Their work served as a source of data and analysis regarding Chinese industrial initiatives and their intersection with the European Union’s Global Gateway projects. Specifically, the French report highlights their insight that Central Asian states view these initiatives not as mutually exclusive competitions, but as complementary opportunities to diversify partners and investment flows.
