Furthermore, NIGHTINGALE INTERNATIONAL shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control ("Force Majeure"), including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or acts of government.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Use the Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services, servers, or networks connected to the Services.
